In this bundle, you will get an editable copy of both a location agreement and equipment transfer of ownership bill of sale. Specific information for each contract can be found below:

Location Agreement: This document acts as an example of a legally-binding contractual agreement between the vending company (you) and the business or location you placed your machine. This is the actual agreement that we use to finalize our secured locations. It outlines specific clauses that are crucial to protecting your business and holding mutual responsibility on both your end and the business's end. There are sections all throughout the contract with blank spaces and those should be customized to your business needs.

Equipment Transfer of Ownership: This is simply a binding document stating the agreed price. A bill of sale is simply a binding agreement transferring ownership. The bill of sale is extremely important because it’s your only way of saying you OWN the machines that you are buying. It also allows you to give ownership up if/when you decide to sell your machines or vending business. Additionally, some vendors will not help resolve issues if they cannot prove you’re the owner of the machines you’re requesting service on.

 Check your state laws for the specific details to protect yourself! Luckily our equipment purchase agreement comes with language protecting you of both your purchases and bill of sale.
